Tetrabenazine
Drugs used in motor function disorders (CNS Preparations)
Indication:
Tetrabenazine is indicated for treatment of Hyperkinetic Movement Disorders. Also indicated for the treatment of chorea associated with Huntington’s disease.
Dosage & Administration:
Starting dose: 12.5 mg daily
Maximum dose: 50 mg daily (Single dose not to exceed 25 mg)
Preparation:
TicstopTM 12.5 Tablet: Each box contains 20 tablets in blister pack.
TicstopTM 25 Tablet: Each box contains 20 tablets in blister pack.
