Remotet Vet Bolus

Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride BP

Each Bolus contains Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride BP eq. to Oxytetracycline 500 mg.

Indication:

Cattle, Buffalo, Goat, Sheep and Horse: Remotet vet bolus is indicated for anthrax, hemorrhagic septicemia, black quarter, brucellosis, pyelonephritis, calf scour, infectious enteritis, navel ill, dysentery, pneumonia, pleuropneumonia, abscess, liver abscess, dermatophilosis, mastitis, malignant edema, peritonitis, leptospirosis, infectious calf diphtheria, infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis, salmonellosis, actinomycosis, anaplasmosis, foot-rot, dehorning, castration etc.

Remotet vet bolus is also indicated for secondary infections caused by virus such as foot and mouth disease (FMD), ephemeral fever etc.

Dosage & Administration:

Cattle, Buffalo and Horse:1-2 Bolus

Goat, Sheep, Cat and Dog: ½ Bolus

Intrauterine: Sometimes the uterus of animals does not clean up after delivery, in such cases, Remotet vet bolus provides good result. Smashed Remotet vet bolus can be used via mild hot water by a catheter.

Or, as prescribed by the registered Veterinary doctor.

Contraindication:

Do not administer those animals which are hypersensitive to tetracycline or those animals which have serious renal and liver impairments.

Withdrawal period:

Cattle: Meat: 15-22 days,

Poultry: Meat: 05 days.

Lactating Animal: Milk: 2 days

Storage:

Protect from light, store in a cool & dry place and keep out of reach of children.

Presentation:

Each box contains 5 X 4 Bolus in Alu-Alu Strips.
