1. What Neurocare^® is and what it is used for?
It is indicated in polyneuropathy of any origin such as- Diabetic, Alcoholic or Toxic neuropathies, Neuritis, Neuralgia, Cervical Syndrome, Shoulder-arm syndrome, Lumbago, Sciatica, Herpes Zoster, Trigeminal Neuralgia and Supportive treatment in facial paresis.

2. Before you take Neurocare^®
It should not be used in patients on Levodopa therapy and hypersensitivity to any of the above ingredients.

3. How to take Neurocare^®?
How much to take?
This tablet may be administered in a dosage of 1 to 3 tablets daily or direction of physicians.

If you forget to take Neurocare^®
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. However, if it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose

If you stop taking Neurocare^®
Do not stop taking this medicine without talking to your doctor. You should not stop taking Neurocare^® just because you feel better. This is because the problem may come back or get worse again.
If you have any further questions on the use of this product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

4. Possible side effects:
Allergic hypersensitivity reactions may occur.

Tell your doctor if any of the side effects gets serious or lasts longer than a few days, or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet.

5. How to store Neurocare^®?
Keep in a cool & dry place, protected from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
