NERVALIN® CR tablet is an extended release formulation of Pregabalin 82.5, 165 mg, & 330 mg and NERVALIN® Oral Solution is a preparation of Pregabalin which is available as 20mg/ml in 100 ml Oral Solution.

2. How NERVALIN® CR and NERVALIN® Oral solution works in our body?
NERVALIN® CR and NERVALIN® Oral solution is a preparation of Pregabalin, in a class of medications called anticonvulsants. It works by decreasing the number of pain signals that are sent out by damaged nerves in the body.

3. What is the indication of NERVALIN® CR and NERVALIN® Oral solution?
Pregabalin extended release tablet is indicated for:

  • Management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
  • Management of post-herpetic neuralgia.

Pregabalin Oral Solution is indicated for:

  • Management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
  • Management of post-herpetic neuralgia.
  • Adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial onset seizures in patients 4 years of age and older.
  • Management of fibromyalgia.
  • Management of neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury.

5. What are the contraindications of NERVALIN® CR and NERVALIN® Oral solution?
Pregabalin is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Pregabalin or any of its components. Angioedema and hypersensitivity reactions have occurred in patients receiving Pregabalin therapy.

6. What are the adverse effects of NERVALIN® CR and NERVALIN® Oral solution?
Pregabalin may cause serious side effects including:

  • Swelling of hands, legs and feet
  • Suicidal thoughts or actions
  • Dizziness and sleepiness
  • Serious, even life-threatening, allergic reactions

7. What would be the storage condition of NERVALIN® CR and NERVALIN® Oral solution?
Do not store above 30°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Keep in a dry place. Protect from light & keep out of the reach of children.
