INDICATION

Imegli (Imeglimin Hydrochloride) is used for the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus as a monotherapy adjunct to diet and exercise.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Age and Body Weight	Dosage Guideline	Renal Dosage
Adults (18 years and older)	The usual adult dosage is 500 mg of Imeglimin Hydrochloride administered orally twice daily in the morning and evening.	500 mg twice daily for patients with eGFR 15-45 mL/min/1.73m2. 500mg for patients with eGFR below 15mL/min/1.73m2.
