Norethisterone

HORMONE & STEROID

INDICATION

Endometriosis. Abnormal Uterine Bleeding. Menorrhagia. Dysmenorrhea. Postponement of Menstruation.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Feminor recommended dose : 1) Endometriosis: 2-3 tablets daily for 4-6 cycles starting from 5th day of cycle. 2) Dysmenorrhea: 1 tablet 3 times daily for 3-4 cycles to be taken from day 5-24 of cycle. 3) Menorrhagia: 1 tablet 3 times daily for 10 days to arrest bleeding. 4) Postponement of menstruation: 1 tablet 3 times daily, starting 3 days before the expected onset of menstruation. 5) Amenorrhea: 1 tablet 2-3 times daily from the day of diagnosis for 10 days. OR, AS DIRECTED BY THE PHYSICIAN.

COMPOSITION

Feminor Tablet: Each tablet contains Norethisterone BP 5 mg.
