INDICATION

DEFAZ CI is indicated for the treatment and prophylaxis of Iron, Folic Acid, and Zinc deficiency, especially during pregnancy and lactation.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

One capsule daily before food. OR, AS DIRECTED BY THE PHYSICIAN.

COMPOSITION

Each capsule contains elemental Iron (as Carbonyl Iron INN) 50 mg, Folic Acid BP 0.5 mg and Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 61.8 mg (equivalent to 22.5 mg Zinc).
