INDICATION
Vonix is indicated for:
- Gastric Ulcer and Duodenal Ulcer
- Reflux Esophagitis (GERD)
- Maintenance therapy to prevent recurrence or relapse of Reflux Esophagitis
- Prevention of recurrent Gastric or Duodenal Ulcer associated with Low-Dose Aspirin or NSAID administration
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
| Indication | Recommended Dose |
| Treatment of Gastric Ulcer and Duodenal Ulcer | 20 mg once daily (up to 8 weeks for Gastric Ulcer, up to 6 weeks for Duodenal Ulcer) |
| Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis (GERD) | 20 mg once daily (up to 4-8 weeks) |
| Maintenance therapy to prevent recurrence or relapse of Reflux Esophagitis | 10 mg once daily (can be extended to 20 mg once daily) |
| Prevention of recurrent Gastric or Duodenal Ulcer associated with Low-Dose Aspirin or NSAID administration | 10 mg once daily |
COMPOSITION
Vonix 10 Tablet: Each film-coated tablet contains Vonoprazan Fumarate INN equivalent to Vonoprazan 10 mg.
Vonix 20 Tablet: Each film-coated tablet contains Vonoprazan Fumarate INN equivalent to Vonoprazan 20 mg.
