What Uroflo® is and what it is used for?
Uroflo® Capsule is an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck. It is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) in men.
Before you take Uroflo®
Certain things must be discussed with doctor before taking Uroflo such as Hypotension, Hypertension & Prostate Cancer.
How to take Uroflo®
The recommended dose of Uroflo is one capsule daily taken orally approximately 30 minutes after the same meal.
Possible side effects
The most common adverse reactions reported in subjects receiving this monotherapy were drowsiness, asthenia, depression, headache, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, edema, blurred vision, rhinitis, erectile disorders, tachycardia and palpitation.
Pregnancy and Lactation
Uroflo is not recommended during pregnancy & lactation
Warnings & Precaution
Caution may be required in the elderly and in patients with hepatic impairment and severe renal impairment.
