1. What is Tribrez®?

Tribrez® is the preparation of Formoterol Fumarate (5.5 µg), Glycopyrrolate (10.4 µg), and Budesonide (182 µg) indicated as maintenance therapy for COPD patients experiencing exacerbations from dual combinations.

2. How Tribrez® works in our body?

Tribrez® works in 3 ways to control COPD symptoms. Formoterol fumarate and Glycopyrrolate help the muscles of lung airways to stay relaxed to prevent bronchoconstriction while Budesonide helps to decrease inflammation.

3. What is the indication of Tribrez®?

Tribrez® is indicated for the maintenance treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

4. What are the dosage & administration of Tribrez®?

Tribrez® should be taken as 2 puffs twice daily. Tribrez® is recommended to be used with Spacer (Uptech®Go)

5. What are the contraindications of Tribrez®?

Tribrez® is contraindicated in patients who have demonstrated hypersensitivity to Formoterol, Glycopyrrolate, Budesonide, or any of the excipients.

6. What are the adverse effects of Tribrez®?

Adverse effects include upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, back pain, oral candidiasis, influenza, muscle spasm, urinary tract infection, cough, sinusitis and diarrhea.

7. What would be the storage condition of Tribrez®?

Store at controlled room temperature 20^°C to 25^°C (68^°F to 77^°F); excursions permitted to 15^°C to 30^°C (59^°F to 86^°F). Keep in a dry place away from heat and sunlight. For best results, the canister should be at room temperature before use. Shake well before use.
