Description

Ivermectin is a derivative of Avermectins, a family of potent broad-spectrum anthelmintic. Ivermectin binds selectively with high affinity to glutamate-gated chloride ion channels results in the permeability of the cell membrane to chloride ions with hyperpolarization of the nerve or muscle cell, causing paralysis and death of the parasite. It is reliable, long-lasting parasite controller of cattle for effective treatment and control of internal and external parasitic infections and for protecting animals from re-infection. Clorsulon is a drug of benzene sulphonamides family work as flukicide. Clorsulon kills parasites by inhibiting the enzymes involved in the glycolytic pathway, the primary source of energy of flukes. It also depress the ATP level in the flukes.
