Ivermectin BP

Composition:

Each ml contains Ivermectin BP 10 mg.

Indication:

Intermectin vet injection is indicated for the effective treatment and control of the following harmful species of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, grubs, sucking lice and mange, mites in cattle: Gastrointestinal Roundworms (adults and fourth-stage larvae): Ostertagia ostertagi (including inhibited O. ostertagi), O. lyrataHaemonchus placeiTrichostrongylus axeiT. colubriformisCooperia oncophoraC. punctata, C. pectinataOesophagostomum radiatumBunostomum phlebotomumNematodirus helvetianus (adults only), N. spathiger (adults only). Lungworms (adults and fourth-stage larvae):Dictyocaulus viviparus. Cattle Grubs (parasitic stages): Hypoderma bovis, H. lineatum Sucking Lice: Linognathus vituliHaematopinus eurysternusSolenopotes capillatus. Mites (scabies): Psoroptes ovisSarcoptes scabiei. 

Dosage & Administration:

Intermectin vet injection should be injected only by subcutaneous route. 

Ruminant:1 ml/50 kg body weight, Single injection. In case of humpsore the dose may be repeated after 28 days.

Dog: 0.5ml/25 kg body weight.

In the treatment of mange, the dosage should be as follows-

Otodectic Mange: Single injection. 

Or, as prescribed by the Registered Veterinary Doctor

Contraindication:

Animals with a history of hypersensitivity to Ivermectin or to other macrocyclic lactones are contra-indicated for this drug.

Withdrawal Time:

Meat: 21 days, Milk: 28 day

Storage:

Protect from light, store in a cool & dry place and keep out of reach of children.
