Domperidone

INDICATION

Don A is indicated for Acute nausea and vomiting, Stimulation of gut motility, Functional dyspepsia.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Tablet Suspension : Adults (including elderly) : 1 – 2 tablet or 10 – 20 ml suspension every 4 – 8 hours before meal; Children : 2 – 4 ml suspension / 10 kg body weight every 4 – 8 hours. Paed Drops : 0.2 – 0.4 mg / kg body weight nevery 4 – 8 hours. The maximum period of treatment is 12 weeks. OR, AS DIRECTED BY PHYSICIAN.

COMPOSITION

Don A 10 mg Tablet: Each tablet contains Domperidone Maleate BP equivalent to 10 mg Domperidone.

Don A 60 ml: Each 5 ml suspension contains Domperidone BP 5 mg.

Don A 15 ml: Each ml drop contains Domperidone BP 5 mg.
