Indications:

Bencillin Injection is active against penicillin-sensitive gram positive and gram negative bacteria. It is effective against various diseases like mastitis, metritis, gastroenteritis, salmonellosis, calf scour, bronchopneumonia, pharyngitis, umbilical infection, foot rot, fever, campilobacilosis, urinary tract infection, black quarter, haemorrhagic septicaemia, joint infection etc.

Dosage & Administration:

The dosage of Bencillin Injection will vary according to severity of infection, pervious treatment history and animal’s response to the treatment. The recommended dosage for cattle is 6 to 11 mg per Kg once or twice daily and for dogs and cats 5 to 11 mg per Kg thrice daily for 2-3 days. Treatment should not continue beyond 5 days. Maximum volume per injection site should not exceed 30 ml. Bencillin Injection must be reconstituted by adding 10 ml of sterile WFI for administration.

Presentation:

Each pack contains one vial of Bencillin vet 1 gm Injection accompanied by one ampoule of 10 ml Water for Injection.
