INDICATION

Glifo is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death in adult patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and established cardiovascular disease.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Age and Body Weight	Initial Dosage	Minimum and Maximum Maintenance Dosage
Adults (18 years and older)	The recommended dose of Glifo is 10 mg once daily with food.	The dose may be increased to Empagliflozin 25 mg.

OR, AS DIRECTED BY PHYSICIAN.

COMPOSITION

Glifo 10: Each film coated tablet contains Empagliflozin INN equivalent to 10 mg Empagliflozin.

Glifo 25: Each film coated tablet contains Empagliflozin INN equivalent to 25 mg Empagliflozin
