Indication:

Levofloxacin infusion is indicated for the treatment of mild, moderate & severe infections caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganisms in the conditions listed below-

  • Pneumonia (Nosocomial & community acquired)
  • Acute bacterial sinusitis
  • Acute Bacterial Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis
  • Skin and Skin Structure Infections (Complicated & Uncomplicated)
  • Chronic bacterial prostatitis
  • Urinary tract infections (Complicated & uncomplicated)
  • Acute pyelonephritis
  • Inhalational anthrax

Preparation:

Trevox® 500 IV Infusion: Each box contains 1 bottle of 100 ml solution of Levofloxacin (500 mg) for intravenous infusion.
